How’s cell phone reception at the resort?

Verizon and Sprint connections are spotty, but others seems to be OK. While you’re here, please do let us know what your cell phone reception was like so we can provide more accurate info.

Help! The gate is asking for a code. Where do I get that?

You should have received a code with your booking confirmation, but if you can’t find that, give us a call at 580-306-0566 or contact us at: https://riversbendresort.com/contact/

How do I check in and out?

Just go to your cabin and the keys will be in the kitchen waiting for your arrival.

Do food delivery services come to the cabins?
What’s the weather like?

It’s Oklahoma, come on—who knows what the weather will be? But generally, the river does cool things down a bit.

Can I go hunting on your property while I’m there?

No, sorry. We don’t want to put any of our other guests at risk if you’re a bad shot. Of course, you’re welcome to have your guns with you for protection.

Do I need to bring charcoal for the grills?

Nope, we provide that!

Do you have internet?

Yes, we finally got high speed fiber to all the cabins.

I’ve heard that there may be a Bigfoot down in southeastern Oklahoma. Have you had any sightings?

Well, sometimes I stick my big foot in my mouth, but other than that, I haven’t seen Bigfoot. But if you do, send us a photo and we’ll post it on the site!
